I was asked to make a 3D Mr. Grouper cake from Bubble Guppies. I was thinking of taking a 9 inch round pan, cutting it in half (widthwise), putting the flat sides down and pushing them together and carving from there. images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTZDhpH18egJ7NjlutcJQtZ_fqhJ8oS2CDcaQWtvezRgwMIzXSO1Q

Does that sounds like it would work? Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks for your help!

Just googled it, to me, it just looks like the Wondermold lying on it's side, the face part being the trimmed bottom part of the skirt, If you cut that down lengthwise and fill it, you would get the fish to look a bit more oval and have no carving at all to do

The Wondermold is a great idea... going to try that myself! :)
