AIn my area I charge $30au for 12 standard cupcakes (choc or vanilla) with buttercream icing, depending on how extravagant they want the topper will depend on how much extra I charge

APrices typically are in the $2-6 range per cupcake, what you charge will depend on your costs (ingredients, labor, overhead) and local market value.
