What Do You Do For W2 Form Not Received

i did not receive a w-2 form from this one place for 2012

 

i emailed already and she responded saying that her 'service' was supposed to do that and she'd check first thing this morning

 

haven't heard anything

 

what do you do here

W-2s must be postmarked by January 31st, so all employers had until midnight on Thursday to get them in the mail.  If you've allowed sufficient time for mail delivery, you can contact the IRS. They have an option for reporting no receipt of W-2s.

yeah i mean if it had been mailed on thursday it had fri sat & today to arrive

 

i mean i can get a letter to my sister in california in that time (from tn)

 

i hate to report her but i also can't think of a better person to get reported either

 

i'll go check that out

 

plus i mean she didn't contact me with some information either

 

first thing monday has come & gone
