I have a fruit cake covered with marzipan and royal icing decorations, it's been dry for three days, now I want to present it  on a see thru ( plastic)  container, however I noted that  somehow the the cake starts to sweat, decorations and all. Please help. ( trying to impress my 86 yr old mother-in-law).
