can modelling chocolate be used with chocolate molds...OR should I just melt the regular white chocolate & pour it in chocolate molds?? Will that be strong enough? Having problem using these molds with fondant..

ANot sure if modelling chocolate can be used in the molds, but you can absolutely fill them with melted tempered chocolate or melted candy melts (Wilton, Merckens, etc)

AYou can use modelling chocolate, just press it into the mould and put it in the freezer. You don't need to dust the mould, it should just pop right out. Silicon moulds are best.
