AHi: Can anyone tell me how to make the cube shape in order to make dice cake pops? Do you somehow form it by hand? Or is there a better way ? Thanks Dina

The way we made cake balls at the bakery I worked for was to squish up cake and knead it until it was the consistency of cookie dough.  We did not add icing which can make it too sweet.   You can form any shape you want when it's in that condition.   We used meatballers to get a consistent size.  You might even flatten it out to the desired thickness in a rectangle shape and then just cut it into cubes.
