i cooked my bananas in a carmelly banana filling i made
i don't even remember how i made it
i think i saw something on tv that sparked an idea at the time
pudding might work great
i usually don't use pudding myself due to it possibly separating
but cooking the bananas, browning them in some butter & brown sugar helped them to not blacken (oxidize)
