Try following the instructions and using the recipe provided that comes with it. It's not going to work for every consistency you want to use. There is a learning curve to using it. Just like rolling fondant or icing a cake, it takes some practice to use one of these. The ratio of icing to cake is 100% cake, 0% icing. You crumble the cake using a food processor.
Obviously if you use drier cake than what they recommend, then you need to add a little moisture.
Hello ladies, I am interested in trying this gadget out... they have them on sale for 99$ plus 20$ off so 79$ not bad... but I as well as all of you do not want to be stuck with paying full price and not having success with it!!! anyone interested in selling theirs. I figure if you didn't like it why get stuck with it at least the cost of it could be shared right!!
... Thank you ladies... BTW anyone interested in ordering it at 79$ I would suggest you do it soon before their sale runs out..
I won one in a cake wars contest, and I already have one so I don't need it. If anyone is interested, pm me.
AI would be interested Rosie. But I cant seem to figure out how to pm you. Can u email me [email protected]
I watched "save my bakery"the other night and she used it on there. It worked wonderful for her. She patted out a square from the leftover cake and icing, then she made the rolls and then used three rolls laid the other way and made the pops. Maybe if you try less rolls sideways, it would work better. I was intrigued when I saw the show but $100 is a lot of money. I will be rolling them by hand!
I saw that show also. It was interesting that she took the rock hard stale chocolate cake scraps, added some chocolate frosting, put it all in a Cuisinart, made a big patty of the mixture, then put it in the cake roller as you described. intriguing for sure.
AOff topic I apologize....but how was the show?
simply put, it was similar to Buddy Velastro's show.
Now If Kerry Vincent came to my kitchen she wouldn't have to waste time cleaning, repairing, painting, throwing out rotten stale food. She could just spend the whole time explaining her winning techniques to improve my decorating, and I'd bow to her mastery and listen to every word she had to say

AWe weigh each of ours and hand roll them so that they all are the same size cake pops :) I think the roller is way over priced and does not give you the effects you need or achieve by hand rolling.
If anyone still has a Heavenly cakepop roller to sell for a reasonable price please PM me contact me [email protected].
Hello, is there anyone out there still stuck with a Heavenly cakepop roller??? I'd be interested in giving it a go at a resonable price. I'd be happly to pay the shipping. [email protected], I'm located in south central Idaho.
Hi,
Does anybody have a Heavenly cake pop roller for sale? Thanks!
i have the bake pops pan you make your batter and pour it into the round slots and bake they say 25 minutes but i dont remember how long i bake for but not as long as that i cut it in half they come out to be the size of like a golf ball maybe a tad smaller they have no frosting in the middle so you have to make sure you have a moist cake recipe you use i bake them le
them cool, take the sticks dip in chocolate put into the cake half way then fridge for at least 15 minutes so they set then you dip
I'm ready to let mine go. Make me an offer. [email protected]
