take your recipe, go to the supermarket and cost all the ingredients.
Recipes are different, shops charge different prices so everyone's cost will be different.

Ask the customer how many sevings, and then sort out how big each tier should be. That will make some difference to price of ingredients.
Then you must add in for your time. How much time? Only you know that.
