AHow many servings is in a Half sheet cake? And on average how much do ppl charge? I've never done sheet cakes and I don't know who much to charge and what they serve

Traditionally a full sheet feeds 96 (usually quoted as 100)

so a half sheet is 48 (usually quoted as 50)

and a quarter is 24 servings (25)

But there's a ton more pans out there now and it can get a little complicated.

Pricing is a whole different thing.
