I am trying to find a pecan pie cake recipe for my fathers birthday this weekend. I found one recipe on this site that looks good but I am wondering if that particular cake would be able to be covered in fondant?

The picture in the link that icer101 posted is not covered in fondant, but I should think you could do it.
