Anyone Else Having Trouble With Cc Shop??

I placed an order which arrived last Friday. 2 items were missing and charged for. After calling every day or 4 days straight and only being told by a recorded voice to leave a message for customer service, I'm very very annoyed. No one has bothered to call me back. I have also sent emails to them with no reply. This is the last time I EVER order from CC. 
Really? Am I the only one? I finally gave up trying to contact them.
