I made this 'Depend cake' for my sister-in-law and wrote:

I cant answer cos I dont understand the question. Perhaps a "depend" cake (?) is a USA thing?

Tails - Depend is a brand of adult diapers sold in the US. They are sometimes given to aging friends as a gag gift - an over-the-hill sort of thing.

They were the punchline of Arnold (I think) Johnny Carson joke about how MTV was asking Presidential candidates whether they wore boxers or briefs, and specifically,Ronald Reagan's purported answer.
