Hi All icon_smile.gif

I was wondering if I can cover a Peanut Butter buttercream cake with Fondant. I have an order for Saturday. I am not new to fondant. But have never had to put it on peanut butter buttercream. So I don't know what problems i might run into if any. Any tips? problems that i might run into? I live in Los Angeles and its pretty warm here these days.

Thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

Best to use that as a filling only. I play it safe and never concern myself with "what ifs" by only using plain buttercream to ice my cake with. Anythin goes for fillings, but this way I never have to wonder.
