What Single Serve Box To Use

I was wondering what would be best for an event to use a plastic container or box? My main issues is labeling it in order comply with Cottage Food Law.

I would probably use a plastic container specific for holding individual cupcakes, but that's just my preference.

I use a 9 oz cup and lid, upside down. I don't have to comply with labeling, though. There is plenty of room for a label.
