Hi everyone,
I have never done it before but I would like to know if doubling a MMF would be ok? I would like to double it so I will get the same shade of color that I need for a 2 tier cake.

I almost always do a double batch of MMA for my cakes. hasn't been a problem for me at all, except it does fill up my 6 qt. Kitchen Aid to the limit.
