Which size of the five petal cutter would you use to make a rose to top a standard size cupcake? I don't need anything huge. Also, do the cutters work well for modeling chocolate? I've never tried making it and I was going to give it a whirl next week sometime.

I have the 4 piece set, and I used the 3rd largest size, and yes, I used it with candy clay, or modeling chocolate. They are both the same thing. I also purchased "bowls" mold from Country Kitchen, which allows the finished item to dry, and then used it on top of my cc's. Sorry I don't have pics, I was experimenting, and my then camera sucked.
