I've been using ice cream scoops with the lever to help get the batter out completely. I did try using measuring cups AND tablespoons and it was messy and I had to use a small spatula to scrape out the bottoms, so it took a bit more time. I love using my ice cream scoop. It's quick and less mess ![]()
Occasionally I'll use a heavy storage freezer bag and snip the corner too....
