I'm planning to make a wedding cake for a friend of mine. I know i have to bake them few days before. My questions is , do i have to icing them before i put it in the freezer or after i take them out off the freezer? I know it's easy to decorate the cake when they are frooze.

Preferably, after they are out of the freezer and thawed.
It's certainly easier to ice a cake that is still frozen, but the air needs somewhere to escape from beneath the icing or it can cause a blowout.
Also... as the tiers settle, the icing can bulge from between the layers.
