I've never worked with cocoaform but I can create roses out of sugarpaste quite well I believe.

So I've just started trying some as I need to make a flow of them down a cake, but I'm finding it do hard to work with.

It just gets so soft and warm and almost melting as I'm handling it, I've tried putting it in the fridge before I use it but as I start to shape it it gets too soft to work with.

Is there any trick to do this?!

Thanks so much for your answers in advance...

I use cotton gloves when I am doing chocolate work, it keeps your hands cooler and also no fingerprints n the chocolate.
