Hi everyone i am looking for a coffee flavour cupcake that has a real punch to it, can anyone help.

Hi, here is the recipe I use.

150g selfraisin flour
150g caster sugar
150g butter
3 medium eggs
2 tablespoons milk - I use 1 tablespoon of coffee essence and 1 tablespoon of milk

Its enough to fill 12 hole muffin tin and bake for 20 mintues on 190C fan assisted.

Use espresso powder or coffee in your chocolate cake and brush with Kahlua after baking.
