Hi everyone! My Facebook page is The Beverley Way Collection. I have designed wedding cakes large and small. My focus is on innovation and new types of elements which compose wedding cake design. My specialty is royal icing however I do enjoy working and experimenting with other mediums. My days are spent in my studio focused on research and development - testing, structural engineering, new techniques etc. Many projects and innovations are running at the same time. A great amount of my work is suitable for other celebrations in addition to weddings.
In the past few years, I have begun to provide this work to the cake community. I have authored a number of instructional books which are available worldwide via all Amazon global sites and other online and retail stores - and there are many more instructional books and tools to come! I hope to continue to provide support to the cake community in many ways. You can keep an eye on www.BeverleyWayCollection.com as well for new developments.
