I have to cover a cake in chocolate fondont for a wedding. I have never used Choco Pan before. Which one is best Satin Ice or Choco Pan? Why?
If you've never used Choco-pan before, I STRONGLY suggest that you use the Satin Ice.
Choco-pan is lovely product, but it takes practice to get used to it. It's very soft and is prone to finger marks if you're not exceptionally speedy covering the cake.
