If you want to add a picture, all you have to do is click the button that says "add an attachment". It is located underneath the five checkboxes. When you click it, it will give you a screen where you can add the picture, but make sure it is sized down to e-mail size or just a bit larger or the server won't accept the picture. When you're done, you can just submit the post if you want, or you can preview it.
By the way, there may be one more button you have to push to ok adding the attachment. I just tried doing it myself so I could give you thorough directions, but apparently the server is slow right now because it wouldn't let me even go to the attachment screen (I have hi-speed, so you might try again tomorrow if you have dial-up). However, when the server is running full speed, it's a very easy process as long as your pictures are small enough.
