Need Help With Dragon Cake

So..I'm 22 and want to make a dragon cake for my bf for his birthday, he's a really big dragon/eragon fan, and I've been searching for instructions for days, i want to make something like this:
and I only find pics without instructions or instructions without pics or just dragons that I dont like.. so if anyone could please help me, his birthday is in July 3rd and this is my first decorated cake so i wanna make it right,and in time

Here is a good tutorial. Just change the parts you don't like to make it your own.

Good Luck it is a very ambitious plan for a first cake. Give yourself lots of time.

If you're feeling like you don't want to use all fondant and cut out a million (or more) circles, consider the Necco wafer candy! Comes in colors and also all brown rolls. For other parts, look for ideas in the candy aisle of your party supply store - plus it makes it more fun to eat! I've used gum (the hard kind not the soft stick) for shark's teeth, I'd imagine you could use gum for any pointy spikes as well!! Good luck!
