Oh, I will take you up on the moist cake offer. No moist chocolate though, I have to make 5 tiers of moist lemon tonight, feel free to get on that for me. Not too moist, just moist enough.

Since you're doing all that, could you make all the moist cupcakes I need to do as well? Maybe a moist-ish filling too?

YUM! I have my heart set on chocolate right now, though.  I doing lemon with lemon curd in 2 weeks, so feel free to make an extra 16" tier ;-)

I have actually been debating eating a chocolate cupcake with either mocha filling or black raspberry filling. I can't decide!

BTW, I chose the black raspberry, my daughter chose mocha. DH and son chose cookies and cream.

My cakes aren't all that moist, so I am sure whatever you whip up will be just fine ;-)
