I just had my BOH inspection yesterday. I am in MA. They made sure I had a servsafe certificate, checked the temp of my fridge, saw I had a dishwasher and that was it. Signed the paperwork and now I am legal. I am fortunate my town allows home kitchens. There are towns in MA that do not.
