I forgot to put my pastry bag in the frig last night. Can I still use it if I left it out? I only have K to put on cookies today and won't take a full batch.

Butter can be left out at room temperature for quite a while... just squeeze some out and taste it. If you are not sure... I would throw it out... but a few hours on the counter wont hurt. Just use good judgement... wouldnt want to serve bad buttercream to a client.
