So I bought a new non stick cake pan the other day, and I wanted to try it out, so I baked a cake!
I took the cake out of the oven and put the cake still in the pan on the counter.
I let the cake cool down.
I came back to take the cake out of the pan. Now with my other pans I've had to loosen the cake around the edges with a knife before the cake comes out. . . .
So I just picked the cake up in the pan and I thought "This isn't going to come out without loosening" but I tipped it up to see. . . .
The cake falls straight out, misses the counter and lands on the floor. . . .
Do I cry? Nope I fall to my knees laughing uncontrollably!!

Haha! It was definitely a surprise!
Well it was a regular round cake pan, from a supermarket called "Lidl" (sorry I don't know where you're from, I'm from the UK)
But aswell as being non stick, it has a loose bottom! Which I forgot about after I had baked it!!
So the cake probably came out so good because of the non stick and loose bottom!
