How To Get The Leaves Effect On This Wedding Cake?

Hi everyone,

What technique is best used to get the leaves on the cake? I read about egg white washes used to smear royal icing designs.

Looking for some more advice on how to replicate this cake design. The photo isn't very clear of the cake that I got from the wedding planner but the flowers look like blossoms and has a slight clear look?

Yep, looks like brush embroidery to me too.
