Does anybody have a recipe for sugar free chocolate chip cookies. I have the sugar free Hersey'e chocolate chips and would like to make them for my boss who's diabetic. TFH

Have you checked out recipes at the Splenda website? Being diabetic doesn't mean that you cannot have any sugar whatsoever. Yes, you have to watch what you eat, but not limited just to sugar. Many times a sugar free product means that there is increased fat content to offset the lack of sugar in the product. My doctor told me, and I have type 2 diabetes since 1997, that sometimes it is better to have the real thing in a small amount, rather than a sugar free one with increased fat. So using sugar free chocolate you could use a regular recipe, or follow the guidelines for reducing sugar using a sugar substitute like Splenda. Hope that helpsicon_smile.gif
