What's Your Favorite Fondant Recipe?

I have to make a wedding cake in June for a friend and they want a fondant covered cake. What's your favorite fondant, recipe, are you familiar with faux fondant, if so please give me information.

My favorite fondant is Michele Foster's - there are several variations in the recipe section here. I'm not a big fan of (making) marshmallow-based fondants. I don't know what faux fondant is, unless it is rolled buttercream, which is hard to cover large areas with. I'd say you're better off making real fondant. It's not that hard, once you get the hang of it, but just be forewarned that you'll need several batches of it to cover a wedding cake.

Satin ice. Is my favorit. If i make myself, then this one. Its inorwegian, but i think youll understand moet of it.
