If I torte and fill an 11x15 cake will this be enough to serve 40-45 people? How big would the servings have to be? Any help you could give would be much appreciated.
My 11x15x3 (baked all the way to the top of the pan) torted and filled serves 48 1x2 slices. HTH
How many cake mixes do you use?
I use three for the 11x15x3 and four for the 12x18x3.
