I finally got over my fear and made marshmallows. So much easier than I had thought!

But I assume you meant "cool" where you said

"Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Spray your hands with oil and use them to smooth out the mixture. Allow to cook overnight."

we dont have corn syrup here in SA so I cant make my own icon_sad.gif
