hi baker friends! i have had cookies from two different bakeries in my area and they are both of the same consistency....sugar cookies that have a somewhat crispy bottom....any suggestions on where i might find a recipe like this? i have searched everywhere and even tried to bake some that claimed they were 'crispy' with no luck... 
these cookies are decorated with both royal icing and white chocolate and both have this same texture. they are fabulous....any suggestions would be absolutely fabulous! xo
