I currently use 2 6 quart kitchen aid mixers and I love them; however, business is growing!! So I'm thinking of upgrading to a 10 quart mixer and I'm looking at the Vollrath, but I can't find any reviews for it online. Does anyone use this? I so do you like it? Or if anyone uses any other 10 quart mixers what brand and how do you like it?

I second that. At minimum get a 12 quart and if you can, the 20 is even better.
Hobart is definitely the best but double the price of other mixers. I have a 20qt Univex and it works pretty darn well. I still prefer my 12 qt Hobart though and that is my work horse mixer.
