I am wondering for a little 6" cake (3-4" high) what is the minimum time you would let your cakes settle? I would like to give it to the client tonight for Sat.
Hi, I bake my cakes two days ahead. Bake in the morning, torte and fill in the evening. I let it rest overnight, regardless the size of the cake. Next day, cover and decorate.
