Okay so browsing the isles at Walmart I stumbled across a tiny container by cake mate of glitter frosting.... Now how can I make this? Is anyone familiar with this product and can you tell me how to make it? I have been messing around and can not figure it out!

It's actually called glitter icing shimmering pink!
