Couple Of Cricut Questions

1. Is there a cartridge that has a shield shape?
2. (This may be a silly question.) All the pics I see of these cartridges show multicolored cutouts, I'm assuming this thing doesn't print ink on them, so how do you get them looking like the pics?

I have 4 different cartridges (cake basics, holiday cakes, birthday cakes and elegant cakes) and I did not see a shield. THere is a knight, a castle and a dragon though 
As far as the multi colors there are different layers to each design. YOu cut the layers out of different colors and then you get that multi color finished product. HTH
