I bought the edible image set I have the canon ip3600 and I got the sheets and edible images from icing images. I connected everything together and now it is saying that my magenta tank can't be recognized. All of the tanks are lite up so I don't understand. They are closed and no help on the support section of the website. I have a cake due at 8 in the morning and the image is the focal point HELP PLEASE!!!
