I am thinking abut buying some cake decorating dvd's. What are your favorite dvd's? I am ready to go beyond the basics but there are no classes here except Wilton

You should look at SugarEd Productions - Sharon's DVDs are wonderful and cover a lot of mediums and techniques. If you're interested in fondant work, Jennifer Dontz has some very good DVDs as well. Nicholas Lodge and Edna de la Cruz have escellent specific gumpaste flowers.
