Will Italian Meringue Buttercream hold fondant swags?????? Also how white can I get IMBC?? I do not expect wedding white. The taste of IMBC is well worth that. But if I add white coloring I am afraid I will affect the consistency of the exterior layer of IMBC on the cakes. THanks for your time!!
I'd leave the IMBC alone, the allure of it is that it is real butter and real vanilla, not shortening with artificial flavor. You'd be better off tinting the fondant to match the IMBC. If there is no contrast between the two, no one will notice that it isn't stark white.
