Hi,
You can put it on using a tiny bit of shortening right at the edge/four points OR a tiny dab of piping gel the same way.

There is a category of products called chocolate transfer sheets. The way that transfer sheets work, is that you essentially transfer an edible image from a pre-printed transfer sheet onto chocolate, by pouring melted chocolate onto the transfer sheet, and then cutting the chocolate to size. The transfer sheet either comes with a preprinted design, or you can print your own design to it using an edible printer / ink combo.
