Where in Pa do you live? I live about 45minutes northeast of Pittsburgh also. I live in Ellwood City. I have decorated cakes for family and friends for a while now. Since you are planning on going legal I was wondering if you could tell me what the requirements are in PA to sell cakes Thanks.
