Hi everyone!
I need your help on this one.
I have to do a cake with scroll work in gold. What should i do? I dont know how to color royal icing with gold!!

Hi,

I here that americolor has Gold food coloring. Maybe you can look into it and see.

Also, you could try to mix a yellow base with just a Tad bit of red.

You could do the piping in white, beige, yellowish brown--whatever. Then paint it with gold luster dust mixed with piping get. Or the dust mixed with vodka/alcohol/clear extract.
