I am making a cake for my boss's retirement and I made a figure of him fishing (sitting), I had planned on making a boat for him to sit in and for the cake to be the "lake" but life took over and I didn't even get to make the figure until last night and the cake is for tomorrow. So now I have this sitting fisherman and he has no place to sit. Can you help me come up with an alternate design idea to use him. He is holding a fishing pole (piece of spaghetti - LOL).

Sit him on a rock or log or tree stump on the edge of the water. Those can be easily be made with cake scraps or icing, or even fondant.
