I would love to learn how to make a steak cake. Any ideas on tutorials that are available?

My daughter made a steak cake when she was in jr. high for a cake competition. She starred dark reddish brown and cream colored buttercream to mimic the fat and meat in a Tbone steak. She then used my airbrush to spray some grill lines on it. If I remember right, she used a Wilton character cake pan. I don't remember which shape it was but I think the idea came from one of the Wilton Yearbooks. HTH
