I normally use bavarian cream fillings in my cakes. It is very moise and leaves the cakes very moist upon delivery. I need some good mousse receipes and should I squeeze on the simple syrup mixture on the cakes before I add the mousse to retain moisture? Does that effect the taste of the cake?
