I baked an 11x15 chocolate cake. When I took it off the Cooling rack to wrap it up and freeze it cracked pretty much in half. I wrapped it up anyway and froze it. I need to sculpt this a bit into a bikini body cake. Am I going to be able to salvage this cake to sculpt or should I just bake another one? Really don't want to bake another one. I am short on time. Help!!!

If it was a pretty clean crack/break, I would say you will be fine using it. Put it on a cake board that is cut in the basic shape you need and then slide the two pieces together with a small amount of buttercream to seal the two together. Put it back in the freezer for a short time and then try carving it.
