Hi everyone

sorry if this question has been asked previous posts,

I have to bake 140 cupcakes and 13 smallish cakes, if anyone can help me I would like to precook and store before icing due the amount plus I can only bake at weekends due to work commitments ,

I am a new to all this any advice on how I can store and how long they will remain fresh would be great icon_confused.gif

I dont see any reason why you wouldnt be able to freeze your cupcakes bc we freeze cakes all the time icon_smile.gif Just be sure to wrap them very well in saran wrap first and them foil, a ziplock freezer bag and freeze. when your ready for them, leave wrapped until thawed and then decorate as you please.
